Tara foundation aims that Through counseling, our young people can develop a better understanding of their emotions, acquire healthy coping mechanisms for stress, raise their self-esteem, forge solid connections, and achieve their future aspirations. The Session aids kids in navigating challenging life circumstances like losing a loved one, getting divorced, dealing with natural disasters, stress at school, and losing a job.
