Since we started the New Generation Development Centres in 2019 to lift lesser-privileged communities out of poverty through education, we have had a significant impact, leading to an expansion of our operation.

We have grown to become the Largest Free Tuition Centre spanning 30 centres and have over 2,400 students enrolled, with approximately 1,300 students attending classes daily. 16 of our students who joined our very first cohort are in university, with 2 of them having achieved 9A’s in SPM.

Evening Highlights

NAUNGAN MALAYSIA

NAUNGAN, formed in mid-2022, is a Malaysian instrumental band that reflects the country’s cultural diversity. Its name, derived from the Malay word “Naung” (meaning shelter), symbolizes the band’s mission to unite through music. Featuring traditional instruments like the GuZheng, Ruan, Tabla, Carnatic Violin, Dizi/Seruling and Rebana, NAUNGAN showcases Malaysia’s rich ethnic heritage.

The band, made up of accomplished instrumentalists, aims to promote unity and racial harmony by demonstrating the power of music to bridge cultural differences. Each performance celebrates Malaysia’s vibrant cultural tapestry, offering a unique fusion of sounds that inspires appreciation for diversity.
