Job Description

Responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons to primary school students in line with the curriculum
Provide individualised attention and tailored instruction to meet students’ unique learning needs and help them reach their full potential.
Monitor and assess students’ academic progress, providing regular and constructive feedback to students and parents to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the center, ensuring efficient scheduling, effective resource management, and proper upkeep of facilities.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education or related field
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary and secondary education.
Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive and supportive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning environment.
Proficient in leveraging educational technology and software to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences.
Teaching experience at the secondary level will be an added advantage
