TARA is Positive that its recent youth development programmes help young people improve their social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioural competence as well as their sense of self, future optimism, self-control, and self-efficacy. Youth-focused development initiatives are more successful. Youth involvement in the community fosters the development of compassionate citizens who may carry on the same job as adults. Youth who volunteer in their communities also build leadership skills, understand the value of assisting others, and get work experience:

The program is centered around helping children and youth to grow in four major areas — spiritually, physically, socially and intellectually. According to Tara, when young people combine their strengths with encouraging resources and chances to socialise, they positively impact their communities. Through outreach and volunteering, young people can establish connections with many groups of individuals in their areas.
The outcomes of programmes and services created to engage kids and teens and meet their developmental needs are known as youth development outcomes. The youth’s role is to learn and adapt to their surroundings. They share our willingness to learn from experience and apply it to further our aims. Our young have the power to enhance society and bring about social change. Without a nation’s youth, we cannot survive. Youth can influence society for the better over the course of their lifetimes by engaging in worthwhile activities. Youth participation is crucial because it enables young people to engage in activities that might provide them a sense of enjoyment and purpose.
